Dr. Brian Hutto is committed to providing safe, individualized, compassionate oral surgical care to you and your family. Dr. Hutto is a board-certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon with a strong and diverse educational and surgical experience history. After proudly serving his country for 10 years in the United States Navy, Dr. Hutto is a dedicated surgeon in the Modesto community, directing trauma and medical support services at several large local hospitals.
Our practice offers a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery services including dental implant placement, wisdom teeth and non-restorable tooth removal, bone grafting, impacted canine tooth exposure, pre-prosthetic surgery, diagnosis and treatment of oral and facial pathology, orthognathic and reconstructive jaw surgery, facial trauma management, evaluation of TMJ & facial pain disorders and treatment for obstructive sleep apnea.

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is an internationally recognized surgical specialty which requires 4-6 additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. These specialty surgeons treat a wide spectrum of diseases including injuries, pathology and defects in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the oral and facial regions.
Additionally, Dr. Hutto has successfully completed the rigorous American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (ABOMS) written and oral certification process designed specifically to foster excellence and encourage learning in the promotion of the delivery of superior health care.

While the majority of the surgical treatments are carefully and conveniently completed in our comfortable office setting, Dr. Hutto maintains hospital privileges at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto and Memorial Medical Center for required outpatient procedures. With significant training and experience in managing a wide array of facial injuries, Dr. Hutto actively participates in several hospitals’ facial trauma call schedules.
